The
Humphrey Carpenter Memorial Window

was unveiled at the
Open Morning
on Sat 4th October
(Ceremonies included an Opening Speech by the Lord Mayor of Oxford and an address by Libby Purves and the unvieling, which was carried out by members of Humphrey's family)

A Party to celebrate his life was held in the evening, with Jazz by The Park Town Strutters, and a supper of Pies and Mushy Peas...

The full costs of the Window have now been fully met by our Gardens Open event and public subscriptions from friends of Humphrey. The small surplus on the window appeal will contribute to refurbishment works.
